Summer Cookies

While spring introduces the first fruit, summer is when I begin to add bolder flavors. As the seasons change, the in-season flavors follow along. Try a hint of the tropics, and move on to enjoying cold and creamy cheesecake bites. I guarantee these will all be a hit!
