    Nuts

Nuts add lots of flavor and texture to so many classic cookies. Whether you are stirring them into a stiff dough or using almond flour as the base, cookies are the perfect base for nuts.

Play around with tastes and favorites here - not a fan of pecans? Try walnuts. Hazelnuts and almonds are both crisp options. Change the spices to go with each option, and try out different fruit pairings as well.
